The plot which is located on the skirts of the picturesque Taurus Mountain range provides a gentle elevation and an open horizon with views to the Med from a distance.

Side, the hotspot on the Turkish Riviera, is only 10 min drive from the village and it attracts 1000's of tourists every year owing to its historical wealth with numerous archeological sites and an amazing amphitheater which is still being used for open air concerts and festival activities. The project is planned to complete by May 2010.

The maintenance fee will be approx. £100 per month.

The security on the site will be provided through individual alarm systems. (There is no on-site security.)

As an extra feature, we offer free car hire for the first 3 years (restricted to 45 days p.a. and doesn't override to the following year). The car will be taken from the office.

The green belt land in the middle will be nicely landscaped with Olive trees. Streets between the plots will be finished by the company.
